Welcome to our website! My name is Aaqil faizal, and I am a certified fitness coach with a mission to empower the people of Kerala with knowledge and resources to achieve optimal health and wellness.

Our journey started in a Facebook group called the Kerala Nutrition Fitness Community. Here, we saw the power of a supportive and engaged community in achieving health and fitness goals. We shared information, resources, and encouragement, and saw firsthand the positive impact it had on our own lives and those of our fellow group members.

Inspired by this sense of community, we decided to take our mission to the next level. We wanted to reach as many people as possible with our message of health and wellness. And so, we created this website as a hub for information, resources, and inspiration.
